great move with viper! excellent team!
I moved for the first time with viper two months ago and for unfortunate and personal reasons I had to go back to California.. Of course I called them again so that they could set it up for me, and since I already knew how they worked and they already knew my move from my last, it was even easier than the first time! Thank you for taking care of my move again! You never disappoint!

I finished my move a few weeks ago with Viper. The crew arrived on time and prepared for what was to come. They took their time to wrap my sectional, disassemble and cover my bed set, lift my fragile boxes and were really cheerful whilst completing the job. I would use again.

Not a damage!
I used Viper to move my family from CA to NJ. I was very happy with their service and kindness. The price was right and we booked it with them. The move went wonderful and the workers were kind and gentle with our furniture. NO DAMAGES! I was so happy because every moving company I have ever used has damaged our stuff in one way or another! They packed most of our things nicely and wrapped our couches. I think this is a great, friendly company and Id use them again if we decide to move back.

I realized that it was going to be too difficult to get all my things to downtown NY by myself in my Honda Civic. So I called Viper about two days before the move. They were really prompt and gave me great service. I had a hard time figuring out how to complete the inventory list online, but called Lindsay and she was kind enough to walk me through it. Nice job!

We were recommended Viper by a fellow colleague and after our moving experience we rate them as one of a top-notch organizations. The people working there are always helpful and friendly with us and they were very fast and efficient. I put forth my requirement and the stuff that had to be moved and instantly came the money estimate before the move and it was spot on, based upon an inventory sheet we faxed to them when arranging the move. They happily obliged us with a competitive rate and we decided to move with Viper Moving and Storage. I would never even consider calling any other moving company. They are worth 4 stars

4th time using Viper!
I have had to move 4 times in the last year due to life circumstances... Yep 4 times! Each time I used Viper Moving & storage and would use them again, because they are quick, honest and efficient! A big thank you to them for making all these transitions a lot easier…and affordable! This last move was by far the best one because not only I really understand now the moving process and industry but because I got a $100 off my moving estimate for booking on Black Friday and they already gave me a great discount for being a recurring customer :)

great experience
I had to ship some things I had in storage back to NY and Viper Moving and Storage was great at it. First off, Serena the sales agent was so nice and honest I didn’t even hesitate booking with her. The driver kept me posted by the hour and got on time as promised, also quickly loaded everything (that was already packed) into the truck. Unloading was even faster on delivery, everything got to me yesterday in perfect conditions!

Speaking from my own experience, I’d have to say Viper is a top notch moving company! Reasonable prices and easy to contact on the phone, I even exchanged some emails while updating the inventory list of items I was moving, always got a quick and clear response! Serena was my sales rep and she was so nice and honest I had to go with Viper, no regrets!

When we decided to move, someone suggested us to search online for a moving company. Well I must say that at first we got very confused, since there were so many companies and even more reviews! but finally we settled on Viper. Their moving service was great. Smooth move!
After finishing school and buying real furniture and then trying to move it a couple of times, I realized that my back couldn't take it anymore. That's where Viper came into picture. I had two floors worth of furniture and the moving guys moved all of it in no time. It was a memorable experience. I've been recommending this company to all of my friends and will definitely be calling them up again the next time I move. I hopefully will not have to use movers anytime too soon but they are not bad at all!

Stress free!
Dealing with Viper was so easy and stress free. From there costumer service to the mover everyone was so kind and understating every time I had a question they answered right away. They came to pick up my belonging on time and delivered also within the time they gave me. I couldn't be more pleased. I got my money worth.

This is our second move with Viper and each time we have been very pleased with the service provided. The men arrive in time are professional and courteous in their duties. I know we could probably save a few bucks with a discount moving company but I would rather have my mind in peace

Really helpful
They did a very good job, the price was very close to what I was told. I am very happy with the service that they did for me. Everyone was very nice and helpful, I am very happy that the only thing broken was 2 drinking glasses. The ladies in the office always helped me when I called, they helped me fix a good day for the delivery so I could make plans for my children’s school. My husband couldn't be there so they took the beds apart for me which was very helpful. The men were very friendly and caused no problems.

Thank you Viper for what has been the best moving experience I have ever had! The men were on time for the pickup, introduced themselves, got all the papers organized and got to it. They made a game plan and stuck to it, they were in and out within 3 hours. PERFECT! The delivery men were also great! I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend Viper

great great job!
Being a student, and moving for the first time, I had no idea about the moving world. I must say, it felt good to know the office staff was willing to help out and every time I called. I was satisfied with the conversation because they cared enough to help me. Delivery team; hats off to them. With the heavy rain, they still managed to deliver my items before I had to go away to visit my parents for the holidays and I really appreciated that.

Last week Viper assisted our company with the relocation of our office from Fresno to San Francisco. I am very pleased to say that all went as planned, there were no surprises, last minute changes or unexpected charges. The staff at the office were competent and fully capable of fulfilling our needs and deadlines. I would highly recommend them to any small business needing to relocate and intend on using them again when we expand our business to the west coast. Thank you Viper! Recommended!
After calling a few companies of interest, I was impressed with the honesty of the salesperson for Viper. I was moving for the first time, leaving my home in California..so I told them my concerns about my thing getting lost or damaged items, which were acknowledge. I decided to take to with them and am very happy to say that it paid off. The movers for both the pick up and the drop off were very polite, friendly, and professional. They were careful with my items as well as not damaging my properties. I must admit that some of the boxes were in bad shape but fortunately I had well packed all of my items so the damage was minimal. Most importantly, nothing was lost!

Choices!
I contacted Viper because they have been highly recommended by my real estate agent. I also did my own research because i wanted to make sure that my belongings were going to be treated properly during transit. After due diligence research, I read other recommendations and they seem to be an honest company to work with. When i called Viper, Serena answered and helped me through the process on choices I had regarding my move. She didn't push on using Viper, she actually offered different option on what was available. I could either choose full packing or non packing services. I can also choose a full service move which includes all services, including packing. This is what I liked about them: CHOICES. I decided to use Viper for my loading and unloading and packing as well. I felt it was a better option and more economical, which Serena recommended. I contacted other movers in the area and none of them offered me these choices.

Nice work!
I was impressed with their care to wrap our personal possessions, they worked long hours to pack and unpack with no damage. They charged a little more than quoted over the phone but still ended up lower than other companies.

Short notice, but good move.
I actually had an unexpected move. I was told by my landlord that I had to be out by the end of the month because he had family coming in. I decided that that was a sign to take a new job I’d been mulling over. So I kind of did a quick search and came up with Viper and decided to have a little faith. I’m glad I did. I got a great price and had a great move. I really appreciate everyone from Viper for being able to move me several hundred miles on very short notice.

Exactly the company I was looking for
Viper was exactly what I was looking for in a moving company. I wanted them to come in and do all the work like the elves in that kid's story. And that's what they did! I didn't have to lift a finger or give a lot of directions. They knew what to do and how to do it and left me out of it. Perfect company for the stressed and lazy mover!!

Bad situation but a good move
I actually had to move out of my house because of a domestic issue, so I needed a discreet, respectful, and speedy company. I explained my situation when I first spoke to Viper and everyone understood and treated me well. The guys came in, packed everything quickly, and got me out of there! I appreciate everything that everyone did and I would use them over and over again.

Viper did a great job with my move
Viper Viper Viper! I had a complicated move- big house and a garage and very little time. I talked to SEVERAL companies and Viper was the ONLY one who could move me, in my time frame, for my price! You need to move, go with Viper!

I went with VIper cause of the prices and the people. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I didn't know what I wanted to move and I what I wanted to give away/get rid of. They quoted me an awesome price and I was sold. They were punctual, professional, and polite. What more can you ask for?

Viper is the way to go!
I was planning a move at the same time as a friend of mine. He rented a moving truck. I went with Viper. He moved to Kansas, I moved to Pennsylvania. He spent $2300 for all expenses. I spent $2600. Sooooo worth it.

Good change and good company
After my divorce, I decided I needed a change. I was able to get a transfer and a new apartment pretty easliy. I even had a moving truck all reserved, but then, I talked to Viper. After the first call, I immediately canceled the truck reservation. I made a great decision by going with Viper! Try them!!!

Good, cheap, reliable
I moved from Cali to Mississippi for cheap. I was expecting to have to leave some stuff behind or sell the bulky items, but with Viper I took everything and then some. If you have a little money and a lot of stuff, use Viper.

Lost job/gained opportunity
I lost my job, so I decided to pick up the fam and move back to Kansas. My parents live there and have plenty of space for us. I was gonna use a rental truck for my valuables and dump or sell off the unnecessary stuff that wouldn't fit. I ended up speaking to Viper before reserving the truck, and I'm glad I did. I ended up being able to move all of my stuff for the same price as the rental truck. We got everything packed and got everything moved.

Just Great VIPER
VIPER was great. Shlom and the whole crew were on time, efficient, professional, careful, and got it done right. Actual fee was less than the estimate. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.
