Slow and unresponsive

After a year of struggle to replace my old power chair, I am still trying to do this through Nutotion. They do not follow through and I am always forced to track them down to answer questions. Half the time, they don't answer the phone and messages are not returned! Very difficult to work with! Their attitude is always LAZY wanting a fast sale and over-selling more equipment than needed. Unreliable!
