I had a new hygentist.
It would have been nice to know I had a new hygentist. With all of the high tech e-mail system, it would have been easy to do. I got a text message an hour or so before my appointment, but I don't have a text account to answer back with. I had to make a phone call.

Magel as always was great and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Haven't had an appt with Dr. Fat yet, but coming soon. Keep in mind that I go back to the Dr. Hooper days, so I keep outlasting the dentists. The office staff does an outstanding job. Thanks

Her assistants are professional and effective.
Dr. Fat is concerned about the long-term health of her patient's teeth and getting an optimal outcome. Recently she worked hard to save a tooth of mine which prevented me from having to have an implant. Her assistants are professional and effective. They are also warm, considerate and caring and have offered many amenities during my visits to make me more comfortable.

I loved Dr. Fat and her staff.
I loved Dr. Fat and her staff. I was greeted so warmly and professionally. My first visit didn't feel like it was the first -- I felt right at home immediately. I also appreciate Dr. Fat's style of educating her patients as opposed to just making decisions without patient involvement. Overall, a fabulous experience and I will highly recommend her practice to my friends.

I can't say enough about Dr. Fat's practice. My original dentist was in the same office as Dr. Fat when he all of a sudden decided to move his practice to another state. I decided to give her a try because I didn't want to look for another dentist. She is beyond awesome. She's super smart, sensitive to her patient's needs and is always fun to talk to. Her front desk staff are always a treat to see. Her hygienist, Jenna, is super nice and very professional - I always enjoy seeing her. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a clean environment, knowledgable staff and a great location in downtown Sacramento.

Dr. Fat and her staff are wonderful and care about your experience. My only criticism is that they need to be sensitive to individuals who are hyper sensitive to pain and need to be properly numbed. While I love the staff and Dr. Fat, this has resulted in 3 bad experiences with pain that take me days to recover from. Not at all appreciated and never happened at my prior dentist.

Everything went well. I was seen promptly, and the new hygienist is extremely personable. The office technology is up to date. I still find the building, particularly the stairs to be dismal and woefully worn. All the office staff are great and all are eager to be helpful.

Excellent, caring visit. Please know my extreme disappointment w/the change from my longstanding 8:20 apt. time to 8AM. This is a huge inconvenience, and highly disruptive to other AM obligations. While it is nice to ask how the most recent visit was, perhaps of greater client service value would be to poll schedule changes prior to implementation. Thank you for your continued care.
