Dr. Fat is concerned about the long-term health of her patient's teeth and getting an optimal outcome. Recently she worked hard to save a tooth of mine which prevented me from having to have an implant. Her assistants are professional and effective. I can't say enough about Dr. Fat's practice. My original dentist was in the same office as Dr. Fat when he all of a sudden decided to move his practice to another state. I decided to give her a try because I didn't want to look for another dentist. She is beyond awesome. She's super smart, sensitive to her patient's needs and is always fun to talk to. Her front desk staff are always a treat to see. Her hygienist, Jenna, is super nice and very professional - I always enjoy seeing her. Went pretty quickly and everyone was really friendly, as they normally are, but my jaw and teeth still hurt from the fillings. I definitely appreciate the chair accommodations made for my sensitive back.

Dr. Fat and her staff are wonderful and care about your experience. My only criticism is that they need to be sensitive to individuals who are hyper sensitive to pain and need to be properly numbed. While I love the staff and Dr. Fat, this has resulted in 3 bad experiences with pain that take me days to recover from. Not at all appreciated and never happened at my prior dentist.

Excellent, caring visit. Please know my extreme disappointment w/the change from my longstanding 8:20 apt. time to 8AM. This is a huge inconvenience, and highly disruptive to other AM obligations. While it is nice to ask how the most recent visit was, perhaps of greater client service value would be to poll schedule changes prior to implementation. Thank you for your continued care.
